In Nigeria, we do not yet have the same underground infrastructure as in more developed countries. Our fiber cables are sometimes exposed to risks such as gas explosions, accidents, theft, and other hazards. These incidents can occasionally result in a fiber cut and service interruptions.
We have multiple backup channels in place so that if one fails, others can sustain the service. Our technical team is continuously working to improve these backups to ensure better resilience and higher uptime.
Internet speeds can vary depending on network usage patterns. During peak periods, times when many customers are online at the same time, speeds may be slightly lower than your subscribed plan due to network demand. For example, a 40 Mbps plan might show 20 Mbps during peak hours, but speeds will return to normal when the network load decreases.
Your subscribed speed is the maximum speed available under optimal conditions. Actual speeds can vary due to peak usage times, device capability, network congestion, and environmental factors.
Our team begins troubleshooting as soon as we detect or are informed of an issue. We prioritise urgent faults and aim to resolve service interruptions as quickly as possible, often within hours depending on the cause.

No. Our service is reliable and supported by multiple backup channels to minimise disruptions. Even when one channel is down, others take over to keep you connected, although speeds may temporarily be reduced until the main channel is restored.
Given the infrastructure challenges in Nigeria, we currently guarantee an uptime of 92%. However, our team is working hard towards achieving 100% uptime.
We recommend keeping a backup internet option such as LTE or 5G router or mobile data loaded on your phone. This will help you remain connected while we work on restoring service.
